The great thing about Datatel is that it has the feel of a small, family-run business, even though it has more than 500 employees. That feeling/culture also applies to the benefits and "extras" that Datatel provides, such as three weeks of vacation, matching 401(k), and the fitness and entertainment benefits.
In addition to appreciating all the benefits and extras, I love the fact that the Datatel culture reinforces learning. From my first day on the job as a Datatel Intern, I found I was learning more than I ever had in my field. Even now, as a full-time, two-year veteran, I still learn something new every day.
