Our client community of more than 740 higher education institutions continues to grow and become stronger. Most recently, we welcomed the following colleges and universities to the extended Datatel family:

University of Wisconsin – Madison
Datatel ActiveAdmissions has been licensed by the University of Wisconsin – Madison to provide personalized communications with prospective students to engage them before their college careers and throughout the admissions process. The University will also work with Datatel’s Creative Services Team to improve navigation, greater functionality, and a new face for its Web site. ActiveAdmissions will enable the University of Wisconsin - Madison counselors to work more closely with students by advising them on next steps in the admissions process – such as raising test scores or submitting financial aid information.

Kansas City Kansas Community College
Datatel Colleague® Student, Finance, and Human Resources applications have been licensed by Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) to provide a centralized, streamlined database. KCKCC has also purchased ActiveAdmissions Community College Edition, ActiveCampus Portal and Content Management System, and Creative Design Services to provide online application and registration capabilities, and a Web site redesign. The College anticipates increased effectiveness across the institution as a result of these applications, as well as the promotion of strategic initiatives and goals.

East Mississippi Community College
East Mississippi Community College (EMCC) purchased Colleague to provide an improved workflow process for staff and also to provide Web-based services for students and staff.  Solutions licensed were Colleague Student, Financial Aid, and Human Resources applications. EMCC offers associate of arts degrees, associate of applied science degrees, and career-vocational certificates.  Through the first Center for Manufacturing Technology Excellence in Mississippi, EMCC serves local business and industry through economic development programs, workforce development training, and Adult Basic Education.


Eastern Idaho Technical College
Eastern Idaho Technical College (EITC) licensed Datatel Colleague® Student and WebAdvisor to improve student services by centralizing student data, billing records, and human resources information. EITC has previously used a standalone registration solution that lacked extensive functionality. The College will also implement Business Objects’ Crystal Reports to bolster reporting capabilities throughout the Registrar’s Office and other student service departments. EITC is located in Idaho Falls, at the heart of the Snake River Valley in eastern Idaho, and offers certificate and associate degree programs in business and medical specialties. Other programs available are Web development, workforce training, adult education, English as a second language, emergency services training, and professional programs.


Fairleigh Dickinson University
Fairleigh Dickinson University has selected Datatel ActiveAdmissions™ software and Web site design services, in order to increase enrollment and provide a user-friendly Web site. Fairleigh Dickinson University is the largest private university in New Jersey with over 10,000 students enrolled in 100 undergraduate and graduate programs, including a doctoral program in clinical and school psychology. ActiveAdmissions offers a personalized profile for each prospect and current student, which provides targeted marketing campaigns based on information provided by prospective students. Application rates have jumped by 50 percent at many institutions after implementing Datatel ActiveAdmissions.

The Office of Loans and Scholarships
United Methodist General Board of Higher Education and Ministry
The United Methodist General Board of Higher Education and Ministry manages and supports 123 schools, colleges, and seminaries; 700 campus ministries; and 63 annual conference boards of higher education and campus ministry. Its Office of Loans and Scholarships recently purchased Datatel Colleague to replace the its legacy software. Datatel Colleague Student, WebAdvisor, and ActiveApply were selected to provide flexibility and integration with its overall enterprise environment.

North Central State College
North Central State offers more than 60 associate degree and certificate programs, including high quality technical education in the health sciences, business, engineering and industrial technologies, as well as workforce development programs. The College selected Datatel Colleague to replace its current system in order to remain competitive and current to potential consituents.

Our Lady of the Lake College
Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge, LA, is an independent, private Catholic College founded by the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady. More than 2,000 students participate in this student-centered academic community, which promotes a holistic approach to student growth and development. The College has doubled enrollment in the past six years and their legacy system needed an upgrade to one that could handle the need for efficient online services. Our Lady of the Lake College has selected Datatel Colleague as its enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution.

Eastern Oklahoma State College
Eastern Oklahoma State College seeks to promote student learning through its associate degrees and other academic programs, which effectively prepare graduates to complete baccalaureate degrees and obtain productive employment. It is the mission of the College to engage in educational activities that promote regional economic and community development. Eastern Oklahoma State College has selected the Datatel Colleague to improve online processes and student accessibility to information campus-wide. Colleague will replace an outdated SunGard-SRN system.

College of DuPage
Founded in 1966, College of DuPage, based in Glen Ellyn, IL, is the Midwest’s largest single campus community college and offers 100 areas of study leading to career and professional development, continuing education, and university transfer. Curriculum is delivered at more than 85 off-campus sites, including five college-run regional centers and three off-campus centers for independent learning. College of DuPage has chosen Datatel’s Colleague to streamline student services and improve internal operations. The College wanted to move from its homegrown administrative software system to a vendor-supported solution.

Warner Pacific College
Warner Pacific is a liberal arts college located in Portland, Oregon, with over 600 students that offers over twenty courses of study. Warner Pacific College has selected Datatel Colleague for its software administrative solution.  Warner Pacific turned to Datatel when it determined the institution needed a fully-integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with a dynamic database and online services.
