Source4
Source4 - Source4 and Datatel have partnered to deliver document output and archive/ retrieval solutions for both Colleague and Benefactor. Source4's FormuLaser software converts Datatel print output by remapping data and merging an electronic form, logo, and signatures with the data so the output can be laser printed on blank forms, e-mailed, or faxed. Source4 software can reside on Unix or Windows and does not require a dedicated server. Source4's design software gives your institution the ability to design your own forms, remap data, and make changes to current forms. The other segment of Source4's document output solution is FormuSeal. FormuSeal is a post-laser print process that allows documents to be folded and sealed for mail or distribution without using envelopes. Improve productivity, save money, and enhance the appearance of your documents by converting checks, transcripts, grade reports, purchase orders, W2s, 1098Ts, and more with FormuLaser/FormuSeal. Source4's FormPort Archive offers multiple avenues for electronically archiving business documents. Users can automatically archive documents via Source4's FormuLaser Windows software, scan and archive documents on HP LaserJet MFPs or manually archive documents using a web interface. To search for documents, end users only need a Windows PC with a web browser. Clients enter their search criteria to locate a document.
