Datatel selects partners that support its goals and objectives—to provide the most advanced information management solution for higher education institutions.
To complement or expand its current offerings to the higher education community, Datatel evaluates each of its application areas on a regular basis. Organizations, like yours, might provide the right product and/or service to help enhance Datatel's existing solutions.
Requirements
The prospective partner should be financially stable and well established in the higher education market. They should have direct higher education industry experience, mature solutions, strong customer references, as well as, the services and technical support adequate to meet our clients’ needs.
The Partnership Evaluation Process
In general, Datatel’s prospective partners are required to complete a partner inquiry form. This form is then reviewed by our marketing team. If warranted, initial calls or meetings will be scheduled to further determine the viability of a partnership. Datatel partnerships generally fall into three categories: reseller, referral, or co-marketing. An annual partner fee applies, as well.

Once accepted, Datatel works closely with each partner to ensure that any applicable offerings are packaged and supported appropriately based on the executed agreements. We also act as a team throughout the year with our partners at various conferences, trade shows, and Datatel Users’ Group events to provide you with the updated information you need to succeed.
