You may fly into either San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or the Oakland International Airport (OAK).

Rail:

The San Francisco Bay Area is serviced by the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) trains.

The closest BART station to the Datatel office is Embarcadero Station, approximately 2 blocks from Datatel. Parking is not available at this station. BART’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday 4:00 a.m. – Midnight, Saturday 6:00 a.m. – Midnight, and Sunday 8:00 a.m. – Midnight.

Local Transportation

Taxis
Uniformed taxi curbside coordinators are on duty at the taxi zone at each terminal from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. to assist passengers with questions or concerns. For people with special needs, please request accessible ramp taxis from a taxi coordinator at the Center Island, or call *1191 from any Airport courtesy phone.

All Terminals: Taxis depart from Baggage Claim level (arrivals), outside terminals, Center Island.

Effective July 1, 2002 a $2 exit surcharge was added to all San Francisco taxicab rides originating from San Francisco International Airport. Metered rates apply to all destinations. Destinations either 15 miles beyond the limits of the City and county of San Francisco or 15 miles beyond the boundaries of San Francisco International Airport are charged at 150% of the metered rate. Taxi drivers are required by Airport regulation to accept fares to all Bay Area destinations. By sharing a ride, up to 5 persons can ride for the price of 1 person.

Door-to-Door Van Services
Door-to-door vans provide direct service between SFO and passenger specified locations in shared ride vans. Depending on the number or passengers, vans can make multiple stops.

From the Airport, vans are available on a walk-up basis.
To the Airport, advanced reservations are required.
After 11:00 p.m., passengers are advised to make reservations.
