Softdocs, Inc.

Softdocs lotoSoftdocs Inc. (formerly AIG Technology) time and attendance solution (EMMA), communicates with Colleague’s Web Time Entry (WTE) module to streamline payroll processes.

EMMA captures employee clocking actions and exports the data to WTE for supervisor approvals. Reporting filters for overtime calculations, shift differentials, and collective bargaining agreements can be customized by Softdocs’ and Datatel’s clients. Employees can request vacation time and review and approve their electronic timesheets right from the clocking units. Institutions can send out enterprise-wide or specific messages by groups to colleagues to further enhance internal communications. EMMA can also import data from WTE to provide real-time totals for employee time banks. Employees can enter their clocking actions via biometric thumbprint technology, PIN codes or swipe cards.

EMMA reports include time sessions by employee, location, project, work classification or pay period in detailed or summary views. Datatel clients can also write their own custom reports using Business Objects and other report writers.
