Campus Organizations

Colleague Student Campus Organizations provides a single, integrated source of information regarding campus organizations and their members. It tracks student and advisor involvement in campus organizations, including timeframe in the organization, positions held, and other pertinent information, which can be used to create a student activity transcript.

This functionality is not limited to just student organizations. It can be used with faculty committees, staff senate, and groups having similar characteristics, such as commuting students or tenure-track faculty.

Campus Organizations Features:

• Records characteristics about a campus organization
• Maintains information about an organization’s advisors
• Processes membership assignments in batch or individually
• Indicates a member’s role in the campus organization
• Produces membership rosters for each group
• Prints organization labels and ID cards
• Creates standard and user-defined reports
• Provides the ability to define all student, faculty, and staff organizations, including athletic, social, academic, committee, government, and other types of organizations
• Tracks a comprehensive history of membership periods and roles/positions held within an organization
• Provides information with which co-curricular transcripts can be generated
