Datatel has created a series of dashboards incorporating the strategy of higher education with the powerful database of record, Colleague, to provide actionable information. • What is the current student receivable balance? By AR category?
• What is my current tuition discount percentage?
• What is my current outstanding receivable by age? By academic level?
• How many students have receivable balances?
• How many students have overdue balances?
• How much in cash payments have we received – current and previous terms? By what methods?
• How much in deposits have we received – current and previous terms? By what methods?
