Dashboards for the HR Director

  • How many employees have changed jobs or transferred departments within a specified timeframe?
  • What are the workforce demographics for institution and department?
    • Percent by gender/by level of position (how many females in administrator roles, how many females in management roles, how many Hispanics in X role, etc.)/by ethnicity and race?
