Colleague Advancement Major Donors and Moves Management helps you cultivate and solicit funds by providing detailed profiles of each major prospect. It includes the ability to rate, track, and store all available prospect information, such as sources of wealth, philanthropic activities, event attendance, interests, and personal contact with your representatives.

Major Donors and Moves Management Features:

  • Gives advancement officers the ability to view demographic, relationship, and employment information, as well as giving history, major prospect/solicitation status, and all contact history through Colleague Advancement
  • Allows for the assignment of appropriate development staff members and/or volunteers to donors, and tracks solicitation activities and results through moves management
  • Documents the cultivation strategy for each prospect as well as each contact made by your development staff or volunteer
  • Serves as an indicator of the success of the solicitor, which enables evaluation of the effectiveness of various solicitation methods
  • Creates online historical records of each contact, the cultivation strategy, results of each contact, and plans for future contacts
