Colleague Advancement Planned Giving Management provides an integrated repository for planned giving officers to store giving information regarding bequests, trusts, life income plans, and real property.  Advancement Planned Giving Management provides up-to-date and full views of constituents' active planned giving vehicles.

You can easily manage matured gift payments, tying the transaction back to the deferred gift record. With Colleague Advancement Planned Giving Management you have the ability to track each proposal and all changes made, and automatically move the proposal to a stewardship stage when the donor accepts the planned gift proposal. Colleague Advancement Planned Giving Management also provides the ability to track planned gifts through the subsequent stewardship, mature gift and finalized stages enabling you to tie payments made to the planned gift record until your institution receives a final payment or the gift is canceled.

Planned Giving Management Features:

• Track the information on a planned gift prior to its maturity through five major stages: Cultivation, Prospective Planned Gift, Stewardship, Mature Planned Gift, Finalized Planned Gift
• Create and track Planned Giving proposals, tying them directly to a campaign or its associated activities
• View historical summary information on closed proposals including the proposal type and status, the submitted and expected dates, and the goal amount
• Reference or "link" planned gift control records to proposals and to manually link Planned Gift records to transaction
• Process annuities and trusts as gift types, and relates those gifts to Noncash Management forms including detail such as, appraisals, stock inventory numbers, policy numbers, bids, unlimited comment space, and donor value
• Define vehicle and asset types according to your institutions needs, tracking them with the available forms: Bequests and Revocable Trusts, Life Income Plans, Planned Gift Lead Trust, Planned Gift Asset Composition
• Manage all critical information on the planned gift, including donors and designations; face, present and future values; restrictions; gift managers; as well as alternate gift identification numbers from third-party sources such as Crescendo or PGCalc
