Colleague Student Residence Life provides a single, integrated source for student room and board assignment, ensuring students are charged correctly for room and board, as well as other miscellaneous charges related to residence life.
Integrated with all of Colleague, Residence Life uses building and room characteristics from Facilities Profile. You can easily assign equipment (lamp, phone, bookcase, etc.) to a room.
With Communications Management, you can automatically communicate room assignments. Residence Life will check the student’s course load to be sure of housing eligibility; plus automatically posts charges to each student’s accounts receivable account for invoicing.
