  • Within the "Test a Meeting" window, there are three options:
    • "Optimize Your System Settings" - you may click on this after the applets have been downloaded, to double-check that your browser is compatible with Sametime and that your desktop display settings are optimal for viewing the online meeting
    • "Test Your Connection" - there is no need to do this
    • "Test Your Audio/Video" - there is no need to do this since we will not be using your computer speakers, microphone, or camera for this online meeting.
  • Close the "Test a Meeting" window by clicking "Done". This concludes your test.  You do not need to run the test again as long as you use the same PC for the online meeting.
