Hardware/Configuration
Hardware sizing information is provided to assist in determining the amount of CPU, disk space, and memory required for your implementation of Datatel solutions. No two institutions are the same; every site has different needs based on application software, partner products, platform choices, database choices, number of users, etc. Because of the many factors that go into determining the right hardware configuration, your Datatel representative will work with you in determining your site’s specific requirements.
Datatel’s hardware partner, Sysix Technologies, Inc., has worked with numerous Datatel clients to provide hardware assessments and configure hardware servers for new implementations and upgrades.
Installations
Datatel’s IT Infrastructure Services team is responsible for the delivery and installation of all Datatel solutions and relational database software for new clients. Your installation schedule is determined during an installation planning meeting. Prior to the installation event, we coordinate with your hardware vendor and your information systems management staff to ensure a smooth installation of hardware, operating system, relational database, and application software.
Remote System Management
