Datatel® Professional Services offers comprehensive education programs for our clients. From the initial implementation to on-going training and development, Datatel provides education services for employees across your institution. Our Education services range from basic to advanced courses for technical, departmental, and managerial personnel.
Datatel Professional Services has a staff of Client Education experts dedicated to providing you with on-going learning opportunities and specialized offerings. Our Community Education portfolio is broad and deep. Our class settings include at-Datatel, Instructor-led courses as well as hands-on Virtual courses, Webinars and on-demand, self-paced or hybrid learning combinations. We also offer Regional Workshops hosted at yours or another client site. Our courses appeal to the casual user, the “power user,” your executive team and everyone in between.
We offer focused learning events, such as our Technical Training Weeks each June and October, Technical Immersion workshops before and Colleague MAX workshops after the Datatel Users Group each spring. The Datatel Center for Institutional Effectiveness offers Continuous Quality Improvement programs to guide campus leaders in developing effective management strategies.
