Institutional Effectiveness
The Datatel Center for Institutional Effectiveness offers continuous quality improvement (CQI) and institutional strategic planning programs to help institutions – regardless of their ERP system – develop effective management strategies and embrace CQI as an ongoing practice.
The journey toward institutional effectiveness begins with collaboration between a Datatel Center consultant and your institution’s representatives to identify needs and objectives. Our Center consultant then delivers an action plan designed to achieve institution-specific results, such as increased student satisfaction and retention, improved employee morale, and noticeable campus-wide progress toward priorities and business goals.
The Center offers several programs and courses to help colleges and universities build institutional agility to better compete in the ever-changing higher education community.
